I’m Andrew Yates. My work in Christian education and discipleship leads me into conversations about leadership, spiritual formation, and challenges facing educators and ministry leaders. This site is a place to share what I’m learning through research and practice.

A good place to begin is my research on the resilience of Christian higher education administrators. Did you know that across higher education, many presidents and staff members report considering leaving their roles?
